A civic campaign for enforceable separation between swimmers and motorised craft along Lebanon's coast, starting at Raouché / Pigeon Rocks in Beirut.

We are not against boating. We are against swimmers and high-speed propellers sharing the same unmarked water.

Make every incident countable
A public, cited archive of coastal strikes and near-misses, so the scale of the problem is documented rather than argued about.
Put a plan on the regulator's desk
A drawn, exportable zoning proposal for Raouché that the DGLMT can evaluate — geometry, rules and legal basis in one package.
Keep the record honest
Nothing is published as verified without a real citation. Unconfirmed reports stay labelled, and corrections are made in public.

Who runs this
Safe Sea Lebanon is run by a volunteer civic team working in four roles: campaign coordination, incident verification, mapping and legal-zoning research, and community moderation. Every published record is checked by a verifier before it appears in public.
Partner organisations and registered contributors are listed publicly once they are verified.
